In 2017, our family set out on a journey to bring the soul of Japanese cuisine to Paisley. What started as a small family-run project has grown into a vibrant space where tradition, creativity, and community come together.

Our passion for authentic Japanese flavors was born in Japan itself. After spending time immersed in its food culture and completing professional culinary training, we returned home inspired to recreate the same artistry, care, and precision we had experienced there. Every dish we serve is a reflection of that journey—crafted with quality ingredients, respect for heritage, and a touch of innovation.
